Refunds & Returns Policy – Genetiq-Bio

At Genetiq-Bio, we pride ourselves on supplying high-purity research compounds with full transparency. Due to the specialised nature of our products, strict handling requirements, and compliance regulations, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been dispatched from our facility — except in cases where an item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival.
Non-Returnable Products
All products sold by Genetiq-Bio are intended for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption. For safety, traceability, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or unopened products once they have left our facility.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Incorrect
- Damaged in transit
- Faulty
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence
Once verified, we will offer either:
- A replacement of the same product
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available in the following cases:
- The item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
- You have been sent the wrong product.
- Your order is cancelled before dispatch.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Products returned without prior authorisation.
- Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Products delayed due to customs checks or import restrictions outside the UK.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. Timescales may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
