GenetiQ™ TB-500 – 5 mg + 3ml Bac Water
Description:
TB-500 is a synthetic peptide fragment of the naturally occurring protein Thymosin Beta-4, a 43-amino acid peptide involved in tissue regeneration and cellular protection. TB-500 is composed of the active region of Thymosin Beta-4 that is responsible for its biological activity, specifically the actin-sequestering domain that regulates cell migration and differentiation.
Mechanism of Action:
Actin Regulation: TB-500 binds to actin monomers, modulating the cytoskeleton and enhancing cell migration.
Angiogenesis: Stimulates endothelial cell migration and new blood vessel formation.
Tissue Repair: Promotes regeneration of muscle, tendon, ligament, and skin by upregulating cell-building proteins and mobilizing progenitor cells.
Anti-inflammatory Activity: Reduces levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines and limits tissue damage during oxidative stress.
Research Applications:
Acceleration of wound healing and tissue repair
Promotion of angiogenesis (new blood vessel growth)
Anti-fibrotic activity in scar tissue remodeling
Investigation of cardiovascular protection and neurological recovery
Synergistic use with other regenerative peptides (e.g., BPC-157) in tissue healing studies
