Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 working days of payment being received and confirmed. Orders are not processed, packed, or dispatched until full payment has cleared. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Payment must be completed promptly via bank transfer. If payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe, your order may be cancelled or lost in the queue and will require manual reprocessing, which may add further days to your order.
Once dispatched, orders are delivered on the next working day to UK addresses.
Delivery
We ship to UK addresses only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
We use a range of trusted couriers including DPD, UPS, and FedEx. All orders are fully tracked to your door. While tracking confirmation is not always automatically sent to the customer, tracking information is always available and can be provided upon request.
Please allow the full processing and delivery timeframe before contacting us about your order. We handle a high volume of orders and ask that you respect this process. Contact should only be made once the expected timeframe has passed.
Packaging & Order Integrity
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, every order is carefully and thoroughly checked, double-wrapped, and secured before leaving our facility. Our packaging process is designed to ensure product integrity throughout transit.
We take significant care in how every order is prepared. To date, we have had no record of broken or damaged parcels as a result of our packaging process. Every item is verified before dispatch.
Returns & Refunds — No Exceptions
We do not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final.
Due to the nature of the products we supply — research compounds that require careful storage, handling, and chain of custody — we are unable to accept returned goods under any circumstances. This policy applies without exception.
All products are sold as seen. Product descriptions, specifications, and purity details are clearly listed on each product page. It is the buyer's responsibility to review all product information before placing an order.

Client Responsibility

Our WhatsApp channel exists for one purpose only: order support.
Acceptable contact includes enquiries about order status, dispatch confirmation, tracking requests, and payment queries — but only after the stated processing and delivery timeframe has passed.
Not accepted via WhatsApp

- Dosing, protocol, or administration enquiries.
- General conversation unrelated to your order.
- Refund or return requests.
- Contact made before the stated timeframe has elapsed.
We ask that all contact is respectful, relevant, and concise. We are a professional operation handling a high volume of orders. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Telegram Community
Access to our Telegram community is available by request via WhatsApp. Membership is a privilege, not a right.
The Telegram community is a space for our research network. The same standards of conduct apply. Any member found to be in breach of community standards — including posting irresponsible content, requesting dosing or administration advice, or behaving in a manner that jeopardises the integrity of the platform — will be removed immediately and permanently.
There are no warnings. Failure to respect the platform results in immediate removal from our network with no avenue for reinstatement.
Zero Tolerance
Genetiq Bio operates with a zero tolerance policy toward:
- Any attempt to discuss human use, self-administration, or dosing.
- Abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful conduct toward our team.
- Misrepresentation of purchase intent.
- Any attempt to circumvent this platform policy.
Any individual found to be in breach of these terms will be blocked, removed from all Genetiq Bio platforms, and refused future service. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.
